Is your edrone account ready for Black Friday?

Remember, small technical oversights can ruin a big campaign. Checking a few key settings isn’t just a formality — it’s the foundation of success. Here’s a checklist to help you make sure everything is working as it should.


1. Check the integration 🖥️

Before you start your campaigns, make sure the connection between your e-commerce platform and edrone is working properly, and that edrone is receiving the necessary data to ensure your campaigns and automations run smoothly.


2. Ensure domain authentication 🔒

In order for your emails to be sent to customers, you need to ensure that all the necessary domain authentication records are added. Without these required records, your emails may not reach your customers' inboxes.


3. Test the sign-up forms 📩

Test your newsletter sign-up forms to ensure edrone is properly registering new subscribers. More subscribers means more potential for sales, especially during Black Friday.


4. Update your contact database 📊

Check when the last import of contacts from your platform to edrone took place. If it’s been more than two months, update your database to ensure it’s as current as possible. Remember, fewer email addresses mean smaller email reach.


5. Verify discount codes 🎟️

Make sure all your discount codes are up to date and properly added to the system, especially for Black Friday. Only then can customers use them. Remember to activate the codes first on your e-commerce platform.
