If the decision has been made to terminate your edrone contract, it will also be necessary to close your account.
Before closing your account completely, remember a few steps:
Export the database of all customers
The file will contain all the contacts and customer data collected for your shop, as well as those supplied to the system via a previous import.

Disable active scenarios and onsite elements of your shop
The termination of the partnership entails stopping all edrone functionality that has worked so far.
