If you are changing the domain of your store, you can still use your edrone account. You just need to take a few necessary steps.

Remember that the data overwrite process from the new platform depends on the traffic to your site. As a result, the store's performance in the edrone panel may deteriorate for some time, and this is natural during the account migration.

Remember that the process of overriding the data from the new domain depends on the traffic to your site. Because of this, your store's performance in the edrone panel may deteriorate for a while, and this is natural when migrating your account. This process can be significantly shortened by adding a product feed from the new platform to your account.

Activities to be performed:

- Check your integration and if needed re-integrate on the new domain using the APP_ID assigned to your account. You can find it under Settings -> Integration, after clicking the 'Change Integration' button and selecting 'Universal' for example, your APP_ID will be displayed in the menu;

- Redirect links leading to the old domain, to those leading to the new one. If a user clicks on an email element containing a redirect to content belonging to the previous domain, they will not be taken to a page with a 404;

- Replace dynamic elements in all automation script creatives. Dynamic elements such as Bestsellers, Abandoned Carts, and Reviewed Products are marked with a lightning bolt symbol. Simply delete the elements currently in the design and then add them anew from the menu on the left;

- Update the discount codes in each of the automatic scenarios and the Custom Flow template to those that will be generated on the new store platform;

- If you are using an automated cross-selling scenario or Custom Flow, update the categories selected in their configuration.- Add a new product feed to your account. This will significantly speed up the process of overwriting product information and categories, which will have a positive impact on the smoothness of messaging.

Impact of domain change on Push Newsletter

- Users who signed up before the domain change will be shown a notification containing the ‘old’ domain;

- New users will receive notifications from the new domain;

- In order to update the source of push notifications from the old to the new domain, users must clear their cookies and re-subscribe to the push newsletter.

Once you have done the above, report it to Customer Service via chat, or at hello@edrone.me. We will verify the correctness of the integration.
