Pricing tiers are different pricing levels based on the size of your email database. Your invoice is calculated based on the highest pricing tier achieved during the collaboration. Thanks to the pricing tiers, you have more room for growth and the ability to expand your email database smoothly without immediate cost increases.

If you reduce your database, the fee will still be based on the highest achieved pricing tier. To lower the pricing tier, you need to contact our support team, who can adjust it for you.
