Card payment blocked? Use a payment link
In some cases, the option to pay your invoice by card may be temporarily blocked. This usually happens after several failed payment attempts – for example, if the card is expired or there are insufficient funds in the account.
But don’t worry – you can still pay your invoice! Just contact us and request a payment link. This secure link will allow you to quickly complete the blocked payment.
