If your account has been blocked due to an outstanding payment, you can make a quick payment for our services and retrieve copies of issued documents using the BILLING section, which you will find when you go from the main panel to the SETTINGS tab.
Using fast card payments will allow you to regain access to your account almost immediately.
If you pay by traditional bank transfer, the time to unlock access to your account will be extended due to the posting of the payment. You can send a payment confirmation to the following email address: hello@edrone.me. Once we receive the confirmation, we will forward it to the Administration Department and inform you of the next steps.
