Types of payment notifications

If you pay your license with a payment card, you will find two types of notifications regarding your payment. From this article, you will learn what they mean.

Payment notifications are sent to each agent individually, meaning that when one agent marks a notification as read, it does not affect the notification status of another agent.

In addition to notifications in the system, all Agents will also receive an email informing them of changes in the pricing.

Notification type “Activities”

In this section, you can find informational notifications regarding your payments that do not require an activity. Among other things, you will find notifications regarding updates to the price of your license. If you do not pay your license with a payment card, you will also find in this tab information on how you can connect your card to your edrone account.

Notification type “To Do”

In this tab, you will find notifications that require action. Such notifications cannot be marked as read, in order for them to disappear, you need to do a specific action, such as paying overdue invoices. In this tab, you will find notifications for overdue invoices, or information about a non-active payment card.
