Products Tab in the edrone System

Written by Magdalena Mamoń

Our Products tab has been fully rebuilt to give you a more detailed view of sales and performance for each product in your e-commerce. The new layout makes it easier to monitor sales results and customer behavior for specific items. You'll see products from the product feed you uploaded, or, if you use the built-in data sync, products pulled directly from your store platform.

The tab still has three parts: All products (browsable by category), Bestsellers (your best-selling products), and Excluded (products you've manually excluded from Bestsellers and Smart Recommendations).

The Products tab is in the Resources menu in the sidebar. Go to Resources → Products to open it.

The table used to be locked to the last 30 days. Now you can pick the period yourself: use the date range dropdown above the table to switch between 7, 30, 90, or 180 days. This updates every number in the table at once.

Search and categories

Use the "Search by name, SKU or product ID" field above the table to jump straight to a specific product.

Categories now live in a sidebar on the left, with their own search box. Click a category to filter the table down to just those products.

Filters

Click Filters to narrow down the table by:

  • Availability

  • Price range

  • Promotions

Product overview in one place

The table gives you quick access to every product with key data in one view:

  • Generated revenue

  • Number of views

  • Additions to cart

  • Number of orders

  • Conversion rate

  • Product price

  • Product rating and number of reviews — right in the table, no need to open the individual report

The "Include in bestsellers" toggle is the third column in the table. Use it to control, right from the main list, whether a product counts for Bestsellers and Smart Recommendations — no need to open the product report anymore.

Click any column header to sort by that metric. This makes it easy to spot your best- and worst-performing products at a glance.

Variants

Products with variants (size, color, and so on) now show as a single row. Click the arrow next to the product name to expand it and see each variant separately.

Before, each variant showed as its own row, which could look like duplicate products. That's no longer the case — expand the row whenever you need variant-level detail.

Share a view

Any filters and sorting you apply now travel with the page URL. Copy the link and send it to a teammate — they'll open the table with the exact same view already set up.

Individual product report

Click on a specific product to open its detailed report, which includes:

  • Product image and name

  • Price and a link to the product page

  • Sales summary: number of orders and generated revenue

  • Purchase funnel breakdown: number of views, additions to cart, and orders

  • Graphs showing changes over time, so you can spot trends

  • The same flexible date range (7, 30, 90, or 180 days) to analyze the period that matters to you

Breaking data down by funnel stage (views, cart additions, orders) helps you quickly judge how well your marketing is working and where customers are dropping off.

Bestsellers

This tab shows your Bestsellers, the top-selling products in your store — viewable globally or by category.

To set your own bestseller criteria, open the Settings panel from the Bestsellers tab. There you can set:

  • Minimum number of units sold in the selected period

  • Minimum product price

The system uses data from the period you select to calculate bestsellers. After saving your settings, give it a few minutes to update the results.

Excluded

This tab lists every product you've manually excluded from dynamic elements.

The "Include in bestsellers" toggle applies to both Bestsellers and Smart Recommendations.

You can't change this setting for a product that's currently out of stock.

How to exclude a product from dynamic elements

Turn off the "Include in bestsellers" toggle for the product, either directly in the main product table or from the product's detail page. The product will then appear in the Excluded list.

Benefits of the new Products tab

  • Better sales control, with the level of detail you choose

  • Faster decisions, thanks to the flexible date range and shareable views

  • Less confusion, with variants grouped under one product

  • Optimized marketing efforts

  • Intuitive interface

The new Products tab is another step toward more effective e-commerce analytics, helping you make decisions based on real data. Check it out now in your edrone panel!
