We live in a time when customers not only appreciate personalized communication but also expect it. Therefore, it is becoming standard practice to use personalized elements such as merge tags and dynamic coupons.

The edrone system allows you to send personalized product recommendations by using Dynamic Elements inside the Drag 'n' Drop Editor.

Where can I find dynamic elements?

Dynamic Elements are located inside the Drag 'n' Drop Editor. To use them, go to the DESIGN section in any Ready Flow or Custom Flow.

You will see the Drag 'n' Drop Editor, and on its left side you will find the available Dynamic Elements - they will be marked with a⚡stamp.

How to add a dynamic element to a message?

To add a Dynamic Element to an email, simply drag and drop it. Automatically, when creating an email, three shopping cart icons on a white background will appear. When the mail is sent, the actual products from your Product Feed will appear in the shopping carts, depending on the type of Dynamic Items.
