Cancelling subscription in edrone

How to cancel a subscription for a specific workspace or completely close your account

If your decision to terminate your agreement with edrone or cancel one of your workspaces is irreversible, follow this steps below to complete the process.

Please note that cancelling marketing automation services may negatively affect the effectiveness of your store's marketing activities and financial results. Additionally, deleting your account is irreversible action.

The subscription can only be canceled by the SuperAgent!

Cancellation of subscription

  1. Go to the "Billing" section in your edrone panel.

2. If you have automatic payments enabled, click on the three dots next to the workspace you want to delete and select "Cancel Subscription". If you don’t have automatic payments enabled, click the button located at the bottom right corner of the panel.

3. Confirm Subscription Cancellation: A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click the red button to continue.

4. Review the Summary: In the next window, you will see a summary of your activity in edrone, including the number of days of cooperation and revenue generated. You will also see information about potential losses related to the cancellation, such as the number of active automation scenarios, on-site, reports, and other functionalities available in edrone. After reviewing the information, click "Continue cancellation" to continue.

5. Provide a Reasons: Fill out the form indicating why you are cancelling our subscription. This step is mandatory to complete the cancellation process.

6. Final Confirmation: After completing the form and continue, a window with a thank you message for your cooperation will appear. Now you will have the option to finally confirm your cancellation or choose to stay with us.

7. Processing Your Request: After confirming your cancellation, you will see a notification that your request is being processed. You will receive a confirmation

message in the same window and now you can return to the Billing section.

Reversing Subscription Cancellation

  1. Monitoring Your Cancellation Status: If you already cancelled your subscription, a notification will appear in the left-hand menu with information that the cancellation process is in progress. At this stage, you still have option to restore your subscription by clicking the yellow "Restore" button. You can also contact our support team for more information by selecting the "Talk to us" button.

  2. You can also return to the "Billing" section at any time and click the yellow "Restore" button to undo subscription cancellation.

3. Regardless of which option was chosen: Once you click "Restore", a confirmation window will appear. Simply confirm the restoration, and you will be able to continue enjoying our services.

Q&A – Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to send a written termination notice?

No, you only need to cancel your subscription in the system.

Will I be informed about how long I can access my account, or can I check it somewhere?

Yes, your Customer Success Manager will contact you. If your contract is indefinite period, your access will end at the end of the next billing period. You can check the exact date in the BIlling section. Until your account is deactivated, you can still restore and keep it.

What should I do after terminating my contract/canceling my subscription?

Before the end of your billing period, remember to follow these steps:

  • Export your customer database – The file will include all collected contacts and customer data from your store, as well as any previously imported data.

Disable active automation scenarios and on-site elements.

  • When your contract ends, all edrone features will stop working.

  • Keep in mind that deleting your account is irreversible.

What if my contract is fixed-term?

If your contract is for a fixed period, you should still cancel your subscription in the system. However, your account will remain active until the contract ends. If you are unsure about your contract duration, please contact your Customer Success Manager for details.

Can I cancel my subscription termination?

Yes, you can undo your cancellation at any time before your account is fully deactivated. However, we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline. Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed.
