Apply Our Price change alert: down Scenario and bring customers back at the Perfect Moment!

With this scenario, users who have viewed a product will receive an automatic notification when its price drops. This is not only convenient for customers but also an effective way to boost sales and finalize transactions at the best possible time.

The system sends messages from the scenario based on product feed updates. The key moment (trigger) for sending a message is the product update. However, for the system to identify the recipients of the message, the user must have previously viewed the product.

The scenario is based on data from the past 30 days. This means that upon startup, the system immediately analyzes historical data instead of waiting to collect it.

How to Set Up the Scenario?

First, log in to your Workspace and go to Automations > Ready Flows, then select the Alert on price reductions scenario.

The first view displays the scenario's operation and serves as the place where you can set the percentage by which the price should drop to trigger a message, as well as specify the communication channels through which messages should be sent. Additionally, you have the option to activate Smart Subjects for this scenario.

To use this scenario, you need to have an up-to-date product feed in your account. The only exception is the Shoper and WooCommerce platform, where product information is retrieved directly through integration.

Step 1

Go to the message editing section.

Select the message sender or add a new one, then enter the subject line and preheader. Keep in mind that after creating the message, you can use AI-generated suggestions for the subject and preheader.

Edit the message design.

In this section, you can also add discount codes or use our pre-designed templates. When designing your message, you can include the dynamic PRODUCTS element. Don’t forget to send yourself a test email!

Step 5

Once you save your message and return to the previous screen, your Flow is ready to launch.

Reports

To check how well your new automation is performing and the benefits it brings to your business, go to the REPORTS section. There, you’ll find key metrics such as Engagement Revenue, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, CTR, and more. You can also filter results by date and message type to gain deeper insights.
