To start using edrone's SMS sending function, simply enable this option in your dashboard - it's a quick and simple process that just involves ticking the relevant checkbox. You can find more information here.

Launching SMS in edrone
Enable SMS in automations (Ready Flows) - Go to the automation section (Ready Flows) in your edrone dashboard and enable the SMS option for the automation scenario.
Configure message content and sender - Specify SMS message content and sender. You can use ready-made AI-generated content that will be tailored to your campaign.
Important! We do not display Polish special characters in messages.
Why? If you use emoji or Polish characters, for every 60 characters you use, you will pay as for one SMS. If you do not use emoji or Polish characters, for every 140 characters you pay as for one SMS.
3. Done! - After these steps, the system will start automatically sending SMS messages for the selected Ready Flows automation scenarios from to your customers whose phone numbers are in your database.
