Each of us knows that feeling when the product we are looking for turns out to be unavailable. It would be a shame to miss it when the product returns to the site again.
The answer to this need is the Back in stock scenario. With it, you can engage customers who have viewed an unavailable product recently and send them a notification when it returns to the site. The automation will send a message indicating that the inventory has been made available and encourage consumers to go to the store's website.
How to configurate scenario?
First, log in to your Workspace and go to Automations > Ready Flows > and select engagement BACK IN STOCK
The first view shows how the scenario works, and is also where you can adjust the limits to differentiate messages and avoid sending too many messages.
Remember that in order to use this scenario, you must have an active product feed in which you send information about product availability.
Step 1
Go to edit your message.
Step 2
Select the sender of the message or add a new one, then enter a title and a preheader. Remember that for the title and preheader, once you have created your message, you can use suggestions prepared by artificial intelligence.
Then edit design.
Step 3
Here you will design your message. If you are not yet familiar with our Drag 'n' Drop Editor, you will find a lot of useful tips in this article. Here you will also add discount codes or use our ready-made templates. Use the OBSERVED element, and the message will feature a product that has recently returned to the site. Don't forget to send yourself a test message!
Step 4
After saving and returning to the previous view- the message is ready to be launched.
REPORTS
To see how your new automation is performing and what benefits it is bringing to your business, you can go to the REPORTS section. There you will find key metrics such as: Engagement revenue, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, CTR and more. Remember that it is possible to filter the results by date and message.
