1. Go to Campaigns → Email
Click Create new campaign to start from scratch, or open an existing draft to pick up where you left off.
2. Customize the email design
On the email campaign screen, you'll see a preview of your email design on the left. Click the Edit design button in the top right corner of the preview to open the visual editor and customize your newsletter. When you're done, save your changes and go back to the main screen.
3. Fill in the campaign Summary
On the right side of the screen, you'll find the Summary section, with all your campaign settings in one place:
Campaign name - give it a name that helps you find this campaign in your campaign list.
Audience - click this field to choose who gets the newsletter. You have three options: All (send to your whole contact base, with extra filters for subscription status and engagement), Segment (send to a specific segment) and Import (send to a list from an imported file).
To send the newsletter to your own segment, click Audience → Segment and choose the segment you already created in CRM > Segments. That's where you manage your segments.
Send date - choose Now to send the campaign right away, or schedule a specific date and time.
Subject and preheader - write the subject line and the preheader. You can use the AI-generated suggestions.
A/B test (optional) - turn on this toggle if you want to test two versions of your campaign (A and B). The system sends both versions to a sample of your audience and then automatically sends the winning version to the rest of the segment.
📌 Tip: if you don't have a segment yet, create one first in CRM > Segments with the "Create segment" button, then come back to the campaign to select it.
📌 Black Friday tip: a good starting point for your Black Friday campaign is a segment with "Engagement status" set to "Engaged" and "Subscription status" set to "Subscribers".
4. Send your campaign
In the top bar, click Send test to check how the email looks in your inbox. When everything looks good, click Send to send (or schedule) the campaign to your segment.
