Newsletters should be sent only to engaged subscribers (subscribers), as this approach increases the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Engaged recipients are more likely to open, read and respond to messages, leading to higher open and click-through rates.
Sending newsletters to active subscribers reduces the risk that emails will end up in the spam folder, which can negatively affect the sender's reputation.
Focusing on an engaged audience also helps build customer loyalty and increases the chances of conversions, which translates into better sales results.
To send a newsletter to engaged and subscribed customers, follow the steps described below.
1. Go to the Campaigns section
2. Click on New Newsletter
3. Prepare new design or choose one of the templates
4. When message will be ready, go to Settings
5. Type subject and preheader of your message
You can use ready-made, AI-generated preheader suggestions
6. Click on Next - Audience
7. Click on All audience
8. Select engaged and enrolled customer segments
9. Click on Next - Schedule
10. Plan or send a prepared campaign right away
