If you want to tag people who have made a purchase from a specific category, you can use Custom Flows!
At the beginning, select "Making a Purchase" as the starting element:
In the next step, select "Product category":
The next step is to select a category from the drop-down list. The categories in this step are taken from the product feed:
Next, add the next step in your Custom Flow, which is the action. Select tag assignment as the action type:
Custom Flow can be extended to include sending messages. To do this, select "Wait" as the next element and then "Message sending" as the action.
