Use of Custom Flows as After Sale Scenario!

Send to your customers tips on how to take care of the product they bought using Custom Flows!

Show your customers that you are an expert on the subject of the products you sell. You can do this with Custom Flow!

Select "Making a purchase" as the starting element:

In this step, you can define the purchase of which products will initiate Custom Flow. To do this, select "specific product":

And then set the rules:

With the rules set up this way, the Custom Flow message will be sent to people who bought a product that contained both the word “bathroom” and “furniture” in the title!

Next, add a “Wait” element where you specify the number of days that should pass between the purchase and sending of the message:

The last element is “Action”. This is where you can send your customers a message regarding the products running out of stock:
