Reminder about running out of products with Custom Flows!

Don't let your customers forget your products with Custom Flow!

Do you want your customers to come back to your shop to replenish their finishing products? Use Custom Flows!

Select "Making a purchase" as the starting element:

In this step, you can define the purchase of which products will initiate Custom Flow. To do this, select "specific product":

And then set the rules:

With the rules set up this way, the Custom Flow message will be sent to people who bought a product that contained both the word “ladies” and “perfume” in the title!

Next, add a “Wait” element where you specify the number of days that should pass between the purchase and sending of the message:

The last element is “Action”. This is where you can send your customers a message regarding the products running out of stock:
