Why do I not have access to the Billing tab?

The Billing tab is only available to customers who pay their subscription by payment card.

If you pay your subscription by traditional transfer when you go to the Billing tab you will see a message:

Click on Want to simplify your payments?…

Who can pay with a card?

Card payments can be used by users who have a Usage-Based pricing model, with the following designations:

  • ED1122HQ

  • ED1022HQ

  • ED0722HQ

  • EDA0823HQ

  • EDT0823HQ

  • EDT0923HQ

  • EDA0923HQ

  • ED0224HQ Pure

So if you have any of the above billing models, you can plug in your card and have access to the billing section!

If you do not have a Usage-Based pricing model and would like to be able to use the card plug-in facility, please contact us at hello@edrone.me. We will put you in touch with an account manager to select the best billing model for you.

Once you switch to the new billing model and connect the card to your account, you will get access to the Billing tab!
