The trigger for the Viewed Products scenario message is when a user visits a product page.
The information about the viewed product is sent to the edrone system via the integration, specifically the product_view event. This event contains, among other things, such product data as:
product identifier (e.g. product_ids)
product name
product URL
product image URL
etc.
This data is stored in the system and used to complete the product information in so-called dynamic elements. As a result, any user who receives a message from this scenario will see the products he or she has previously viewed in his or her email.
