After logging in to the edrone system, on the right side there is a navigation bar, thanks to which it is possible to switch between functionalities.
To return to the main menu or the previous view, use the "Back" option available in the navigation bar on the right.
In individual parts of the system, you will find question mark icons on a gray background. After hovering over the question mark, a definition of, for example, a selected metric from the reports section will appear.
There are also guides, also in the form of recordings, and links to portfolios. You will find them at the top of almost every subpage in the system.
DASHBOARD
This page is displayed automatically after logging into the system. The section is divided into:
Dashboard
View
Automation
In this section, you can view a shortened copy of the report, such as the impact rate or revenue. In view, however, we see a division of identified users into unidentified ones. Automations allow you to see how many automations are currently active, similarly to Newsletters.

INBOX
After configuring this section, you can respond to customers from the edrone chat and set up redirection from another email address and/or Messenger.

CRM
In this panel, you will see information about tags assigned to customers, identification, subscription status, customer purchase value, etc.
In the search engine, you can also search for a specific customer address and check the information collected about him.

NEWSLETTER
Here you will create marketing content for customers, manage shipments and verify reports. In this section you can also manage discount coupons.
ENGAGEMENTS
Here you can create automation creations and dynamic, A/B, SMS, dedicated and category newsletters. In addition, it is a place where you can manage their shipment and enter discount codes.
ONSITE
The above-mentioned section is used to implement onsite elements on the website.
After entering this section, the panel on the right side will expand further - you will see all the onsite functionalities we offer.

CUSTOM FLOWS
In this tool, you will create a custom automation scenario tailored to your needs.

REPORTS
Here you will find reports from basic to detailed. For example, in the “best products” section, you can check which products presented on your website are must-haves for your customers.
Remember that regular reporting is the key to success. Be sure to read more about reports.
SETTINGS
In this section, you will find a range of settings, from customizing the account to granting access to agents, payments, integrations, imports, exports, and the possibility of implementing a product feed.
