Get to know Custom Flows reporting

Did you know that we have prepared for you a completely refreshed Custom Flows view?

As you can see, the data you can analyze has appeared, namely:

  • Reached - is the value of the initial point reached, or in short, how many customers started the Flow.

  • Interaction - this is a value that allows you to measure the total number of emails sent, tags assigned, but also on-site elements commissioned to be displayed.
    The important thing is that here all pop-ups are counted, even those that the customer did not see in the end, because they did not return to the store page.

  • Orders - a value indicating the number of orders that have been placed

  • Revenue - total revenue thanks to Custom Flows.

Important: The new thing is that you can preview the statistics in several time frames: 7 or 30 days, 3,6 or 12 months.

A list of all the flows you will create is also collected. From here you can easily verify how your flow are working, and what results they are generating. From here you can also:

  • directly go to each flow,

  • see the details from the main view, the history of the flow launch,

  • duplicate an existing flow,

  • deactivate a flow, copy the settings, or delete them completely (just click those 3 dots on the right).

If you want to see only the active ones, click the button: Hide inactive.
