One of the elements that comprise Custom Flow that you can use is the FILTER element.

What is the FILTER?

The filter is responsible for segmenting the audience of your Custom Flow.

What steps do we have when choosing FILTER?

The steps for selecting an element: FILTER:

  1. ORDER

  2. INTERACTIONS

  3. CUSTOMER ATTRIBUTES

If we select the first step: ORDERS, we go to the filter category to choose:

  1. Total Purchase Value

  2. Total Purchase Count

  3. Last Purchase Date

  4. Customer never made a purchase

In all steps, we have to set the relevant parameters according to the filter we have set.

If we select the first step: INTERACTIONS, we go to the filter category to choose:

  1. Last Visit Date

  2. Last Purchase Date

  3. Last Add to Cart Date

  4. Last Email Open Date

  5. Last Email Click Date

  6. Last Product View Date

In all steps, we need to set the relevant parameters according to the filter we have set.

If we select the first step: CUSTOMER ATTRIBUTES, we go to the filter category to choose:

  1. Subscription Status Email

  2. Subscription Status SMS

  3. City

  4. Country

  5. Gender

  6. Language

  7. Tags

IMPORTANT: in the last step, remember to save the FILTER by clicking on the yellow highlighted "SAVE" button.

How to add the selected filter?

The path to adding other filters is similar.

1. Click on the "+" under the item you want the filter to apply to

3. Click on the particular FILTER category you want to set

2. Set the dates you wish

You can change whether or not you want the date of your last purchase to be within a certain time frame.

3. Click on "is" or "is not"

4. Select the number (of seconds/minutes/hours/days/weeks/months)

6. Click on SAVE to save your settings
