To change the name of the sender, go to Custom Flows and then Design - Emails.
At the top of the screen, you will see a section with the current sender. If you want to add a new one, click the plus icon on the right above the Create button. You will see a window where you can enter a name, the sender's address, and a "Reply To" address.
Once you've entered your information, press Confirm, then select the sender in the Current Sender section from the drop-down list — your new name will be at the bottom of the list.
1. Click on CUSTOM FLOWS
2. Click on DESIGN - EMAILS
3. At the top of the screen you will see the current sender
4. Click on "+" icon
5. Add a new sender name and address, as well as a "Reply To" address
6. Click on Confirm
7. Your new name will be at the bottom of the drop-down list
