Do you happen to notice something in our system that could work and it's missing? Or encounter an obstacle you want to report? With the answer comes Canny.

Canny is a place where you can share your insights, ideas, but just as importantly - feel that your voice matters! But let's start at the beginning.

  • How can you submit your comments?

Option 1:

When you log into edrone, you will find a tab in the menu: FEATURES AND BUG REQUESTS. Clicking on it will redirect you to the main view of Canny:

You have 3 places available where you can give us your feedback:

- Problems in the system, something is not working properly - that's what the Bugs/Problems channel is for

- Ideas for new improvements - New Features

- Integration issues - Integrations

In addition, you have a preview of the Roadmap - you will see what we plan to execute, are in the process of executing, or have executed. This keeps you up to date!

Option 2:

You submit your feedback directly by contacting us at hello@edrone.me - we will forward the request on your behalf, you will also receive an email when the issue is resolved in this case!

  • How to add your own post?

You can add your posts in both Polish and English!

To add a new post, select one of the aforementioned tabs and when you are redirected on the left, you have a space to type what you want to share.

When you start typing your topic, you may find that someone has already submitted something similar, so you can upvote an already published post if one is also related to your feedback! 🔥

  • How to vote?

It's easy - Click the box with the number of votes next to the post in question!

Tip for you: you can also filter the submissions, such as from the most popular ones!

  • How do I know what stage my application is at?

When the status of a post is changed, for example, to in progress or completed, you will receive an email notification from us!

Here's what a sample message looks like:

Do you see how easy it is?

From now on, no application and what we are working on will escape your attention!

  • Do you need extra help?

If you have any additional questions, please contact us at hello@edrone.me
