What your customers browse, buy and add to their basket should be of interest to you, and you can use this knowledge in your marketing efforts. Top products report, available under REPORTS->TOP PRODUCTS, can help you with this analysis.
The report consists of 3 parts: top products ordered, top products added to basket, top viewed products.
How to find the top product dashboard?
Go to the reports section:
And then Go to tab TOP PRODUCTS:

Top ordered products in the last 30 days
In this case, we take into account the number of orders with a given product and, for example, if one customer bought 100 screws in one order, this is counted as 1. The data relates only to identified traffic, i.e. the kind of customers that edrone already knows and "tracks".
What is important, we cannot compare this tab to the bestsellers from the dynamic element.
Here (in dynamic element Bestsellers) one customer ordering 100 screws in one order is counted as 100. Additionally, we look at products sold in the last 7 days.
Top added products in the last 30 days
Here we take into account the number of additions to the basket of a given product. If a customer has added several products in one basket, we will count it as one basket addition. The data refer only to identified traffic, i.e. the kind of customers that edrone already knows and "tracks".
Top viewed products in the last 30 days
In this case, we take into account the number of orders with the product in question and, for example, if one customer bought 100 screws in one order, this is counted as 1. The data relates only to identified traffic, i.e. the kind of customers that edrone already knows and "tracks".
