You can use the dynamic element Bestsellers in each email creation. Different categories appear within the bestsellers. Only categories that any shop user has interacted with in the last 30 days can appear here.
Next to each category on the left you will see a 'Grid type' with numbers:
This means how many best-selling products can be displayed within a category at any given time.
As for the products themselves, in bestsellers you will see those that have sold in the last 7 days and are currently available.
If a product has sold well in the previous 7 days but is currently unavailable, it will not be counted in the bestseller list here.
