Connect your Shopify with edrone
Or follow step-by-step instruction:
Before proceeding with the integration, make sure that pop-ups are allowed in your browser.
Open the Shopify App Store and install the edrone app.
2. After being redirected to the Shopify dashboard, click the Install button.
3. After the installation, click Go to edrone.
4. And log in to your account.
5. Once the integration is complete, we will automatically import your customer, order, and product data. You can track the progress in the edrone dashboard using the progress bars.
6. To ensure the integration is working correctly, you can also go back to the Shopify admin panel and open the edrone app under the Apps and sales channels tab.
7. Turn on the edrone tracking script in your theme
Shopify no longer lets apps add scripts to your store automatically, so this one's up to you. It only takes a minute 😊 Without it, visitor tracking and edrone widgets (like pop-ups) won't work in your store.
In the edrone app in your Shopify admin, you'll see a yellow "Turn on the edrone tracking script" message. Click Open theme editor.
In the theme editor, open App embeds (the grid icon in the top-left corner). Find Tracking and onsite (edrone) and switch the toggle on. Make sure you're editing the theme marked Active, which is the one currently live in your store.
Click Save in the top-right corner. Then go back to the edrone app in your Shopify admin and refresh the page. Done!
📌 Tip: If your store is password-protected, the yellow message may stay visible because we can't check your storefront. If the edrone toggle is on, you can safely ignore it.
8. If you want to integrate the language versions of your store with edrone, go to the Configuration tab, and then select the appropriate language from the list:
The selected language will be automatically linked to the corresponding App ID in edrone.
