Online shopping is becoming increasingly popular, but at the same time, shopping sessions are getting longer, sometimes spanning multiple visits.

Using the Viewed Products scenario, you can send automated reminders and personalized product suggestions to customers who have recently viewed products in your store.
Let's learn how to set it up!
How to set up Viewed Products scenario?
Log in to Mission Control and go to Automation > Ready Flows > Viewed Products.
Step 1: Settings
This is where you can boost your results: smart theme- will allow you to automatically generate dynamic titles, tailored to your audience.
Step 2: Adjusting the number of messages sent, the communication channel and the time of sending
By clicking on the individual flow elements, you determine how many messages will be sent and when:
Send first message after: how many days and hours it should take to see the product:
Communication channels: which communication channel is to be used to send the message.
How many messages are to be sent after a product review - for each message you set the sending time and add the channel with which you want to send the message:
If you want to delete any of the flow items you have added, simply press the bin icon, but remember that the minimum number of messages is one
Step 3: Customising the design
To customise the design, click on the message preview and then click Edit Design.
Here you will design your messages. If you are not yet familiar with our Drag 'n' Drop Editor, you will find a lot of useful tips in this article. Here you will also add discount codes, and set up the sender.
NOTE: In the scenario, use the dynamic Products element, which will automatically display the items the customer has viewed in the message. You can also use Bestsellers.
Step 4: Review
Send a test email. If everything works as it should, click START (or RETURN if the scenario has been run before) and you're done. Enjoy your new automation Vievwd Products.
Step 5: Reports
To see how your new Restore Customers automation is performing and what benefits it brings to your business, you can go to the REPORTS section. There you will find key metrics such as: Engagement revenue, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, CTR and others. Remember that it is possible to filter results by date and message.
