What’s new in edrone Reviews?
edrone Reviews is no longer a standalone feature — it is becoming an integral part of the entire edrone ecosystem: automation scenarios, newsletters and Ready Flow. Below you’ll find an overview of all the new features.
Reviews in automations (scenarios)
From now on, you can display customer reviews directly in messages sent via automations. This works in many scenarios, including:
Viewed products
Abandoned basket
Any scenario aimed at re-engaging undecided customers
edrone shops report an average +12% increase in conversion rates after adding reviews to automated emails (data from initial tests).
📌 Tip: Start with the abandoned cart scenario — this is where product reviews work most effectively.
Recommended Ready Flow with Reviews
A new tab with recommended workflows has appeared in the Ready Flow section. It clearly suggests where to use Reviews to maximise the impact of automation.
You no longer have to search blindly — ready-made scenarios supported by Reviews are now clearly marked.
Product reviews in newsletters
We’ve expanded the capabilities of the email editor. Product widgets have new features — you can now add and display customer reviews directly within the message.
Customers can see genuine reviews without leaving the email — in every newsletter and every campaign.
💡 Important: This feature is available in the email editor for all message types, not just in automations.
Changes to the pricing
We’ve changed the billing model for edrone Reviews — it’s simpler and cheaper. You can find the details directly in the edrone dashboard, in the Billing section.
What are we planning for future updates?
Reviews for previous orders — you’ll be able to send a review request to customers who bought from you before Reviews was implemented.
Store review widget in emails — the ability to add a general store rating widget to any message.
Refreshed Reviews interface — a more intuitive interface, fewer clicks.
