1. What are the limitations of the Freemium version?
The Freemium version has two main limits:
200 active contacts – these are the people you can send newsletters to. If you have a larger database, the system will automatically select the most recent 200 active contacts.
200 messages per month – this includes emails, SMS, and Inbox replies. Importantly, 100 of these messages can be used for free SMS messages.
➡️ Good news: Automations work on the entire database, even if you have more than 200 contacts!
2. Can I switch to a paid plan?
Yes – at any time! Simply click the “Become Unlimited” button in the panel. The system will show the price based on the number of active contacts. You pay only for what you actually use.
3. Does Freemium give access to all features?
Yes – you have full access to:
Pre-built automation scenarios (e.g., abandoned cart, cross-selling, loyalty),
Pop-ups, product recommendations, and live chat,
Message editor,
Dashboards and reports.
The only exceptions are:
Newsletter scheduling (you can only send immediately),
WhatsApp channel (available only on paid plans).
4. Can I use other channels besides email?
Yes. edrone also supports:
SMS (100 free messages in Freemium),
Inbox messages (e.g., from pop-ups),
Pop-ups, banners, product recommendations on the website,
WhatsApp (only in the paid plan).
This way, you can reach customers where they are most likely to respond.

7. What happens if I exceed the limits?
The system will stop sending new messages once the 200-message limit is exceeded. However, you can still manage contacts, create content, and run automations. The limits reset every month. If you want to send more messages – simply switch to a paid plan.
8. Does edrone support other channels besides email?
Yes – and this is one of the biggest advantages of edrone. You can reach customers not only through emails but also via:
SMS – even in the Freemium version, you get 100 free messages per month,
Inbox – responses to pop-ups, forms, and messages from your website,
Pop-ups, banners, product recommendations – perfect for grabbing attention on your website,

9. When will my account be deleted?
Your account will be deleted after 14 days if integration with your platform has not been completed.
10. Why can't I create an account without integration?
Integration is essential to using edrone, which is why it's one of the first steps you need to complete when setting up your account.
11. How much does edrone cost? How much is edrone if my contact base exceeds 10,000?
You can check the pricing for edrone in the Plans and Payments section. The price depends on the size of your contact base, which you can review based on the number of contacts you have.
12. Why are some scenarios locked? How does the Live Events section work?
If you notice that some scenarios are locked, don’t worry – access to all features is completely free, and unlocking them is simple!
In the Live Events tab, you’ll find tasks that need to be completed to activate full access to the system’s functionalities. These tasks are tailored to your store’s activity and suggest which features you should implement first to achieve the best results.
13. How many agents can I add?
There are no limits on the free version. You can add as many agents as you think you need.
