1. I previously collected reviews using another tool — can I import them into edrone?
Yes — you can import reviews from other tools (such as TrustMate, Zaufane, or Google) into edrone.
This means you don’t lose the reviews you’ve already collected and can immediately start using them in your store and marketing activities.
The import is based on a file (e.g. CSV) exported from your previous system. After importing, reviews are assigned to customers and products, allowing you to:
display them on your website as social proof
use them in marketing campaigns
build your store’s credibility from day one
This means you’re not starting from scratch — you’re transferring your reputation into edrone and continuing to grow it.
How to export reviews from TrustMate and Zaufane
TrustMate
Log in to your TrustMate account;
Go to the Reviews section;
Select the export option;
Download the CSV file.
Zaufane
Log in to your Zaufane account;
Open the customer reviews section;
Select “Export data”;
Download the CSV file.
Google Reviews
Google does not provide a simple CSV export option, but you can use one of the following methods:
Option 1: Prepare the file manually (simplest solution)
Open your Google Business Profile;
Go to the Reviews section;
Copy:
review content
rating (number of stars)
review date
Add the data into a CSV file.
You can then import this file into edrone and immediately use your collected reviews in your store.

9. What should I do if I receive a negative review?
It’s best to respond calmly and professionally — thank the customer for the feedback, briefly explain the situation, and propose a solution.
With the paid version of edrone Reviews, you can additionally activate mediation mode:
the review becomes blurred in the widget
you can contact the customer and ask them to update the rating
if the customer does not respond, the system automatically sends reminders after 14 and 21 days
after 30 days, the mediation process ends automatically
10. What if a review should not be published (e.g. contains offensive language or false information)?
If a review contains offensive language or false information, contact hello@edrone.me. If the claim is valid, we will remove the review from the widget.
11. Do I need to implement a special policy or terms?
We recommend adding information to your privacy policy stating that published reviews relate to completed purchases and are verified.
12. Can I hide the star rating if a product has no reviews yet?
It depends on the edrone Reviews element:
Product star rating
Yes — this is possible.
If a product has no ratings yet, you can automatically hide the rating element to avoid displaying “0 stars”.
Go to:
Reviews → Review Widgets → Star Rating → Behavior
In the “When there are no reviews” option, select:
👉 “Hide widget”
Review widget
No — this is not possible.
If a product has no reviews yet, the system automatically displays store reviews instead, so the section never appears empty.
