Customer reviews are the fuel for e-commerce sales. Whether you are just starting to build your review base or you are a major player in need of advanced brand-protection tools — edrone Reviews has a solution for you.

Explore the differences between the Free and Paid versions and decide which model best supports your goals.

1. Start for Free: Build a strong foundation of trust

The Free version of edrone Reviews is the perfect starting point. It lets you launch your review-collection engine at no cost and display feedback on your storefront immediately.

What do you get in the Free version?

  • Import Reviews: Moving from another tool? Use our import feature to carry over your existing reviews.

  • Unlimited collection & sending: Collect an unlimited number of reviews and send as many review requests as you need through a dedicated automation scenario.

  • On-site widget (basic version): Display collected reviews directly on your store's website, building trust from the very first visit.

  • Full transparency: View the rating distribution of your store and use review filtering options.

  • Customer interaction: Post your own replies directly under customer reviews.

  • Export option: Export your collected reviews to external files.

  • Review preview: Access a preview of the last 20 reviews in the edrone panel.

2. Level Up: The full power of edrone Reviews

The Paid version is about more than just collecting stars. It is a comprehensive system for managing reputation, SEO, and customer loyalty — giving you a competitive edge.

Why upgrade to a Paid plan?

A. Google integration

Your Google reviews automatically flow into edrone Reviews (synced once a day). This keeps all feedback about your brand in one organized place.

B. Mediation system: save relationships and ratings

This is the feature that makes a real difference. If a customer leaves a rating lower than 5 stars, you can initiate mediation.

  • How it works: The review becomes "blurred" in the website widget with a note that mediation is in progress. You contact the customer, resolve the issue, and then ask them to update their rating.

  • Safety net: If the customer doesn't respond, the system sends reminders (after 14 and 21 days). After 30 days the mediation ends; if the customer chose not to respond, a notification appears on the blurred review. This proves to other shoppers that you truly care about your customers.

C. Reviews Aggregator — your own public showcase

Every paid store receives a public ratings page at https://edrone.me/reviews/[shop_name].

  • SEO boost: Hundreds of reviews on a dedicated subpage within the edrone.me domain boost your brand's visibility on Google.

  • Ready-made showcase: Place the link in your email footer, on Facebook, or in ads. It serves as ready-to-use proof of your reliability and commitment to customer relationships.

D. Advanced widgets and analytics

  • Access a full preview of all reviews in the panel (no 20-unit limit).

  • Use advanced widget layouts, including a dedicated product-rating widget to embed directly on product pages.

  • Highlight your strongest social proof with the "Best Opinions" widget — first-time visitors see your top reviews instantly.

  • Integrate reviews into your marketing automations (abandoned cart, post-purchase) for higher conversion.

Pricing — how the Paid plan scales with your business

edrone Reviews uses a cascading pricing model — each tier applies only to orders within its range. You only pay more when you sell more, and costs grow alongside your business.

0–150

PLN 49.00

⚠️ Important: All prices exclude VAT. Above 1000 orders, a unit price of PLN 0.29 is charged per order in that range.

Billing rules

The Reviews billing model is designed to stay simple — even if you manage several stores.

Advance payment

  • First month: you pay only the flat fee from your tier (no charge for orders).

  • Second month onward: you pay the flat fee plus the per-order amount calculated from the previous period.

One account, one fee — even with multiple stores

If you run several trackers (e.g., multiple stores), you pay a single subscription. We count the total orders across all trackers where Reviews is enabled. Stores without Reviews enabled don't generate any cost.

📌 Tip: You can enable Reviews only where it makes sense — other trackers stay free of Reviews charges.

Paid and Free can't be mixed

If you upgrade to the Paid version, it applies to your entire account. You cannot combine Free and Paid Reviews on different stores within the same account — billing stays consistent and predictable.

SMS and WhatsApp are billed separately

Email review requests are unlimited and included. SMS and WhatsApp messages consume credits from your standard message pool and are billed at the usual rate.

Invoicing

Today, the Reviews fee is issued as a separate invoice. We're working to combine all charges into a single subscription invoice in the near future.

How to enable edrone Reviews

You can activate Reviews directly in your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your edrone panel.

  2. Go to the Reviews section and enable the feature for your store.

  3. Choose Free to start collecting, or pick a Paid plan to unlock Google integration, mediation, the public Aggregator, and advanced widgets.

The whole process is quick and requires no advanced configuration — you can start collecting reviews almost immediately.

Summary: which one to choose?

If you are just starting out — choose the Free version. Let the system work in your favor, collect your first reviews, and see how much time automation can save you.

If your store generates regular sales and you want to actively present a professional image based on trust, improve your Google ranking, and have a review page that keeps customers with you for years — the Paid version of edrone Reviews is an investment that pays off instantly.

💡 Quick Win: Start with Free, validate the volume your store generates, then upgrade to Paid the moment Google integration, mediation, or the Aggregator would unlock measurable value.
