In Campaigns > WhatsApp, you can access the dashboard and start creating your WhatsApp newsletter campaign by clicking New Newsletter.
You’ll be redirected to the editor, where you can select the audience who will receive WhatsApp messages based on engagement level: engaged contacts, unengaged contacts, or all contacts.

Next, decide if your message will have a title, and then write your message. On the simulator to the left, you can see how the message will look on a mobile screen.
The next step is to choose whether your message will include an unsubscribe option (in case the user no longer wants to receive WhatsApp messages from your store) and whether you want to add buttons to the message.
Available buttons:
Visit URL: Add the website or page you want customers to be redirected to when they click.
Call: Add the phone number customers will call for a voice conversation when they click.
Message ready? It’s time to send!
You can schedule the send or send it immediately.
