A Simple Way to Quickly Contact Customers via WhatsApp

With the WhatsApp widget, you can provide your customers with quick and direct contact with your team. The widget allows users to start a conversation with just one click. In this article, you will learn how the WhatsApp widget works and how to set it up.

Remember that to use the WhatsApp widget, you need to integrate your WhatsApp number with our system.

To activate the WhatsApp Widget, go to the Onsite tab -> WhatsApp Widget:


In this tab, you can set the WhatsApp phone number where messages from customers will be sent.


Remember to add the prefix before the phone number! This is a WhatsApp requirement that ensures the functionality works correctly.

Also, set a welcome message that customers will see after clicking the "Start Conversation" button.

And margin:

From the dropdown list, you can select the widget size:

Choose on which devices the widget should be displayed - desktop and mobile:


If everything is ready, you can preview your widget by clicking the Preview button:


And then publish it by clicking the yellow Publish button:
