1. What Allegro messages are supported in edrone Inbox?
Currently, edrone Inbox supports messages from the Allegro Message Centre. Message attachments are also supported. We do not currently display product or order information, but plan to add this functionality in the future. Support for Allegro Discussions is also planned for the future.
2. How are customers identified in edrone Inbox?
Each message contains a unique client ID from Allegro, which is displayed both in the conversation thread and in the top bar of the conversation. If the conversation is about a specific order, the buyer's name is also visible in the top bar. Client ID corresponds to the name visible in Allegro Message Centre.
3. Does edrone Inbox store customer email addresses from Allegro?
No, edrone Inbox does not display customer email addresses from Allegro, as these cannot be used for marketing campaigns. Instead, the client ID is used.
4. When do messages from Allegro appear in edrone Inbox?
If a customer already has a conversation in Allegro but it is not yet visible in edrone Inbox, the system will retrieve the entire existing thread as soon as there is a new message from the customer.
In edrone Inbox, we only display messages from Allegro that contain at least one message from a customer - that is, from a person who is actively posting or enquiring via the Allegro platform. It is common for sellers to send automated messages, for example after a purchase has been made, which do not constitute an actual conversation with the customer. Such messages, although they may be important for the sales process, are not displayed in our Inbox, as their main purpose is to inform, not to conduct actual communication.
5. Is it possible to integrate multiple Allegro accounts with one edrone Inbox?
Currently, only one integration per tracker is possible. In the future, it is planned to extend this functionality with the possibility of connecting several Allegro accounts to one Inbox.
6. Does edrone Inbox allow you to view customer data from Allegro?
At the moment, the customer card is hidden. Work is underway to implement it, which will allow additional information about Allegro buyers to be displayed in the future.
7. What functions are planned for the next stages of integration development?
In the near future, it is planned to:
Ability to display product and order details associated with a conversation.
Support for Allegro Discussions.
Display of buyer information in the customer card.
8. How quickly do messages from allegro appear in our inbox?
Messages should appear within 30 seconds. Allegro imposes a limit on API calls, so we need to optimise this and not send too many requests.
