To make customer support in your store even more efficient, we’ve created a mobile version of the edrone Inbox chat. With the app, you can connect with your customers in real time — no matter where you are.

How to download the app:

1. Go to Google Play (for Android)

Currently, the application is not yet available for iOS. We are working on adding it to the App Store.

2. Search for "edrone" or click the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.edronemobile

3. Download and install the app on your phone.

4. Launch the app and log in to your edrone account.

5. Done! From now on, you can send and receive messages from customers without needing to open your computer.
