Send automatic replies to customers during store business hours and outside business hours. The message is sent automatically after receiving a customer inquiry. You can send messages in chat, via email, whatsapp and messenger! You can set a different message for business hours and another outside of business hours.
How to set up an autoresponder?
Go to inbox and select Autoresponders!
2. Scroll down and set the operating hours of your store. Based on these, you will then be able to set two different messages during your store's business hours and outside of them.
3. Configure messages to be immediately sent to your customers when they leave a message.
4.Scroll down and select the channels on which you want to activate the autoresponder.
That's it! All that remains is to wait for the results.
