First of all, it is worth knowing that in the case of a larger group of newsletter recipients, the campaign is sent in packages. This means that your mailing is gradually sent to the recipients, so the time it takes for the next customer to receive the message may vary. This is an effective practice to ensure good deliverability of messages and the reputation of the store's domain (we avoid the situation that inbox servers will treat the sender of the message as a spammer).

With increased intensity and the number of newsletters sent in a short period of time, delays may occur, which are monitored by the Support and IT departments.

If you notice that the sending is stuck and the number of messages sent does not change for an hour or more, please contact the Customer Care department at hello@edrone.me
