In this article, we will show you step-by-step how to export a customer list from the IdoSell (IAI) dashboard. Exporting a customer list allows you to retain key customer information such as contact details, purchase history and preferences. Such functionality is useful for both analytics and marketing purposes.
Step 1: Logging into the administration panel
The first step is to log in to the IdoSell administration panel.
Log in to your account on the IdoSell administration page.
Once on the login page, enter your details (username and password).
Once logged in, you will be taken to the main administration panel where you can manage all aspects of your online shop.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Customers’ -> ‘Customer management’ -> ‘Export and import customers’
Navigate to the section where your customer information is stored.
2. Click on the ‘Customers’ tab in the main navigation menu.
Once you have logged into the panel, you will find the ‘Customers’ tab in the top menu. This section contains all the information about customers who have made purchases or registered with your shop.
Step 3: Select the option ‘Export and import customers’.
To start the export process, navigate to the relevant option in the ‘Customers’ section.
3. Click the ‘Select’ button.
In the ‘Export and import customers’ section, you will find the option to export data. Click it to proceed to further settings. Thne click “Search for customers”.
Step 4: Selecting the data to export
You can now select which customer data you want to export.
It is also possible to search for customers using more filter criteria. To access this option, click on ‘advanced search’ in the green space.
Step 5: Set filters (optional)
If you do not want to export the entire customer list, you can use the filter option.

IdoSell allows you to export different types of data, including:
Basic data (e.g. first name, last name, email address).
Delivery and invoice addresses.
Order history.
Marketing preferences.
You can set up filters to export only a specific group of customers, e.g. those who have made purchases in a certain period, have a certain number of orders or live in a certain region.
Configure the filters according to your needs.
Step 6: Export CSV file
Once you have selected the appropriate filters, click the ‘Search’ button. Once clicked, you will be taken to a subpage with the option to generate a CSV file. Select the contacts and select the option ‘Export to CSV’.
Step 5: Check the exported data
Open the file and check the data.
Ensure that all information has been exported correctly. Check that the columns with data such as first names, last names, email addresses are correctly formatted and contain the correct information.
