In this article, we will show you step-by-step how to export a list of newsletter subscribers from the IdoSell (IAI) administration panel. Exporting the subscriber list is useful when you want to transfer the data to another system, analyse it in an external tool, or simply keep a safety copy.
Exporting the subscriber list step by step
Step 1: Log in to the administration panel
Log in to the IdoSell (IAI) administration panel.
Go to the IdoSell login page and enter your login details.
Once you have logged in, you will go to the main administration panel.
Step 2: Go to ‘Marketing and integrations’ -> ‘Email and SMS newsletters’
On the navigation bar on the left, find and click ‘Marketing and integrations’.
At the top of the navigation panel you will find several options such as ‘Sales’, ‘Customers’, Merchandise’, “warehouse”, etc. Select ‘Marketing and integrations’ and then ‘Email and SMS newsletters’.
Step 3: Enter ‘Search, delete or export email addresses’.
1. Select ‘Search, delete or export email addresses’.
Under ‘Email and SMS newsletters’, you will find various options related to marketing campaigns. Find the option ‘Search, delete or export email addresses’ and click ‘ and click “Select”.
Step 4: Adjusting subscriber settings
Step of selecting the settings for exporting subscribers. In the subscribers tab, select which subscribers you want to export, and from which domain.
In the ‘Email address’ section, leave the field blank.
In the ‘Consent to newsletter’ section, select ‘Yes’.
In the ‘Addresses’ section, select whether you want to export a list of subscribers who: have an account with your shop, subscribers without an account or subscribers with and without accounts, i.e. all subscribers.
In the ‘Stores’ section, select which shop domain you want to export subscribers from.
In the ‘Languages’ section, select the language you are interested in.
Click ‘Export found emails to text file’ and you are done. Now prepare the leech to be imported into the edrone system according to these instructions 🙂
Step 5: Check the exported data
Open the file and check the data.
Make sure all information has been exported correctly. Check that the columns with data such as first names, last names, email addresses are correctly formatted and contain the correct information.
