Exporting Lists & Reports

Export detailed customer data and performance metrics!

In this article, you will find an overview of the different lists and reports you can export from your edrone system.

They are all available in SETTINGS > EXPORT.

NOTE: All lists and reports are exported as a CSV file.

All Customers

This is a list of all customers in your database. The generated CSV file will contain the following data:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone

  • Gender

  • Birthdate

  • Country

  • City

  • Tags

  • IP

  • Creation date

  • First visit date

  • Last visit date

  • Number of visits

  • Last add to cart date

  • Last order date

  • Number of orders

  • Total order value

  • Last email open date

  • Last email click date

  • Subscription status (Email / SMS)

  • Subscription status reason (Email / SMS)

  • Subscription status modification date (Email / SMS)


Hygienization of Customers

This is a list of all customers who have been subscribed to your email newsletter (no SMS or Push subscribers) continuously for at least 6 months AND have not opened at least one of your emails over the past 6 months.

The generated file will contain only one column with the email addresses of all customers who fit the criteria.


Unsubscribed Customers

This is a list of all customers who have unsubscribed from your newsletters. The generated file will contain the same data points as the All Customers list.


Subscribed Customers

This is a list of all customers who are currently subscribed to your newsletters. The generated file will contain the same data points as the All Customers list.


Engagements Report

This report is used to analyze the performance of sent newsletter campaigns and marketing automation scenarios within a specific period of time.

The generated CSV file will contain the following data:

  • Engagement type

  • Engagement ID

  • Campaign name

  • Subject line

  • First run date

  • Number of emails sent

  • Number of open e-mails

  • Number of e-mails clicked

  • Number of coupons sent

  • Orders

  • Orders with coupons

  • Number of unsubscribes

  • Total value of orders

  • Open Rate (OR)

  • Click-through rate (CTR)

  • Click to open rate (CTOR)


Engagements Report Day by Day

This report is used to analyze the performance of sent newsletter campaigns and marketing automation scenarios within a specific period of time, with performance broken down day by day.

The generated CSV file will contain the following data:

  • Date

  • Engagement type

  • Campaign name

  • Subject line

  • Number of emails sent

  • Number of open e-mails

  • Number of e-mails clicked

  • Open Rate (OR)

  • Click-through rate (CTR)

  • Click to open rate (CTOR)

  • Orders

  • Total value of orders

  • Number of unsubscribes


Attribution Report

This report shows the orders attributed to edrone engagements within a specific period of time. The generated CSV file will contain the following data:

  • Order ID

  • Order value

  • Order date

  • Attribution date (the moment when the attribution was established by the edrone system)

  • Engagement type

  • Campaign name

  • Attribution reason (OPEN, CLICK or OPEN/CLICK)

  • Email open date

  • Email click date

  • Email click URL


Wishlist Subscribers

This is a list of the customers who have added products to their wishlists. The generated CSV file will contain the following data:

  • Product ID

  • Creation date

  • Email address
