You can find the Interacted dynamic element in the message design in Custom Flow and in Recommendations Scenario:
This element contains the existing dynamic elements Reviewed Products, Added to Cart and Purchased. It will display the correct products depending on the starting action of your Flow and type of message in the scenario Recommendations!
If the starting action of your Flow is an abandoned cart, the customer will receive the products they left in the cart in a message. On the other hand, if the starting action of your Flow is to make a purchase, the customer will receive in the message the products they have purchased.
