Do you want to send a newsletter to a group of recipients who have viewed/added to cart or purchased products from a specific category? This is possible from our Newsletter Hub creator.
Select the NEWSLETTER tab from the main menu.
Then start creating your newsletter.
Select AUDIENCE in the newsletter settings.
In the audience, select Segmented>Manual>Category.
Select the event type: viewed the product, add to cart, order.
Select categories from the list.
Select a time range.
After selecting all settings, you will see the number of recipients to whom the newsletter will be sent.
