Newsletter categories allow you to segment your customers based on their interactions (browsing products, adding to cart or ordering them) with one or more product categories in your store.
You can select one of these interactions from the drop-down menu:
In the "Categories" field, select the product categories to which your customers perform events.
It is possible to select one or more categories. These categories are based on your store's product feed.
An important fact is that you can also select the date range in which your audience was interested in a particular category, just by selecting it on the calendar:
