All product information in dynamic elements, such as the image, price, and name, is retrieved from the product feed or, if you are not using a feed, from events received from the shopping platform. Therefore, our system does not allow changes to the product information displayed in dynamic elements.
Product information (image, name, and price) is transmitted to our system via the product feed or integration. Therefore, you can change the product information directly in the feed or on the shopping platform.
