The implementation of the new segmentation in the system is done in stages.
The Contacts section will be made available gradually to a larger and larger pool of customers - so if you don't see an option to send a newsletter to a particular segment of engaged or unengaged, don't worry! It will soon appear in your account :)
To send a newsletter to a segment of unengaged and enrolled contacts, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Campaigns section
2. Create a new campaign
3. Prepare new campaign or choose one of the available templates
4. Prepare newsletter and then go to Settings
5. Type subject and preheader
You can use ready-made, AI-generated preheader suggestions

6. Click on Next - Audience
7. Click on All audience
8. Click on Unengaged
9. Click on Next - Schedule
10. Send your newsletter right away or schedule the perfect time
