In order to modify your newsletter sign-up thank-you message, first of all find out which functionality of our system you are using to handle your newsletter sign-ups. There are two possibilities.
Modify in the Newsletter subscription scenario
1. Click on ENGAGEMENTS
2. Click on Newsletter Subscription
3. Click on design section
4. Click on choose message type
Once clicked, you will see a drop-down list which, depending on the scenario settings (the subscription model selected and the active tags configured in the customise section), will contain a different number of messages to configure.
If you want to modify the subscription confirmation message, in the case of a double opt in, select from the list the message with the title [Your tag] Confirmation message
If you wish to modify the subscriber welcome/thank you message for subscribing to the newsletter, in the case of a double opt-in, select the message with the title [Your tag] Welcome message
Modification in the Custom Flows path
Follow the steps below to edit the content of the message sent by Custom Flows.
1. Click on Custom Flows
2. Click on Design - emails
3. Select the message you want to edit and click the edit button
Here you need to find the message that contains a thank you for signing up to the newsletter.
In the next step, you will be able to modify the content of the message.
