In order to modify your newsletter sign-up thank-you message, first of all find out which functionality of our system you are using to handle your newsletter sign-ups. There are two possibilities.
Modify in the Newsletter subscription scenario
Click on Automations -> Ready Flows -> Newsletter subscription scenario:
Open scenario and choose the message type which you would like to modify:
You will see a graph of the messages, which depending on the scenario settings (selected subscription model and selected introduction messages) will contain a different number of messages to configure.
If you want to modify the message with the confirmation of the subscription, in the case of double opt-in, select the first message Send confirmation.
If you want to modify the message with the welcome to the group of subscribers/thank you for signing up to the newsletter, in the case of double and single opt-in, select the message Send welcome.
Modification in the Custom Flows path
1. Click on Automation -> Custom Flows -> E-mail Designs and choose the message you would like to edit
In case of newsltter subscription, it will be the message that contains a thank you for signing up to the newsletter. In the next step, you will be able to modify the content of the message.
