In a Cross-selling scenario, in the individual rules you choose which interaction and with which category triggers a message.
Here, you can use all the categories from the product feed, as well as categories that have been uploaded directly from the shop page thanks to the integration (their names may differ from those in the feed), but only those with which customers have interacted in the last 30 days.
Therefore, if you notice that a category is missing in cross-selling, but it is available in the shop, either there has been no interaction with it in the last 30 days or such a category name is not in the feed.
