With the help of the integration, specifically the add_to_cart event, edrone knows what products users are adding to their shopping cart. It saves the information about these products so that it can then send a message from the Abandoned Cart scenario completed with the product data.
If a user edits their shopping basket in the shop, e.g. by removing some of the products from the basket, the system will still store the information about the added products and send a message from the scenario with the previously added products to the basket.
For example, if you add, three products to your shopping cart and then delete one of them, you will see all three products in the message, despite deleting one of them.
